The specific activity of Cs-137 in blueberries collected in the territory of Minsk, Vitebsk and Grodno regions was between 30+-15,5 Bq/kg and about 70+-23,8 Bq/kg.However, the specific activity of Cs-137 in berries collected in the Homel and Brest region varies from 120,0+-24,2 Bq/kg to 164,9+-33,0 Bq/kg. The total index in cowberry marked at the level - 33,2+- 6,6 Bq/kg.
Research
A study on the content of anthocyanins established the total content of anthocyanins in terms of cyanidin-3-glucoside in frozen raw materials, which is 620,38 mg/ 100g(It means that 100 g of frozen blueberries contain an average of 620.38 mg of anthocyanins) or 2,85% in terms of the dry mass of berries.

HolodServis LLC certified by (HACCP) and complies with the manual ofThe system of management of quality and safety of foods basing on the analyse of risks and critical checkpoints.This manual use on the stage of preparing, freezing, containing and transporting of frozen blueberries.Responsibility for monitoring critical control points and updating the management is assigned to the HACCP group.
Packaging
The air temperature in the packaging, compartment with manual packaging is not higher than minus 18 degrees. Frozen berries are placed in a special polyethylene bag and packing in boxes from corrugated cardboard "Octabin". The walls of boxes are reinforced by strapping tape. Quick-frozen products packed in octabins are placed on pallets and transported to a refrigerated chamber, where they are stored at a temperature no higher than minus 18 degrees and relative humidity up to 95%. The approximate weight of production in octabins is about 800 kg.
Other packaging can be used at the customer's request.
